I just love the sweet snuggles of first time parents and mama was looking AH_MAZING for just having a babe!   How is it that all of you look so fab?!?!  I was a hot mess EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!  

I digress....

I've known Andy (the dad) for a long time.  He's a wedding DJ and has grown into quite the hubby and daddy over the years.  Erin (mama) is absolutely lovely and I can't get over how she gorgeous she looks after having sweet little Eliza!!!   Sweet big bro was incredibly patient and loving towards his baby sister and snuggled her without hesitation.   I'll cross my fingers he'll stay like this during her toddler stage : )

What an incredible surprise it was to receive a call from mama to photograph these twins!   I had the pleasure of working with their parents on their wedding day years ago was so bummed they had moved out of the state for the past few years.    Just before these darlings were born, mama and daddy with the big fur siblings moved back to MN and I could not be happier!!!   
​Isla + Isaac were so snuggly and peaceful during their entire session.   Right when daddy had to make a work call, they woke up and needed to be fed.  Isn't that how the stars always seem to align?!?!

Little Theo was a dream to photograph!  He slept all 2.5 hours of his session and had the most beautiful expressions.    I've loved adding props to my collection and he rocked a few of my new pieces!

It seems like just yesterday I was photographing this lovely couple exchange wedding vows at Our Lady of Lourdes. Fast forward 5 years and VOILA!   We're in the studio documenting their sweet sweet Margo in fluff filled baskets!
Miss Margot was such a gentle baby.  She's the kind you could just snuggle until you're all warm and toasty and ready for you're own little snuggly nap!     Her skin is so silky smooth and those cheeks, OH SO  K I S S A B L E!

Meet Sydney,  her amazing big brother and very proud parents!  Sydney was just under 10 days new when she visited my NE Minneapolis studio for her first photoshoot.   She was so calm and peaceful during our time together!

Whew.... It's been a while since my last blog post!  I've been working non-stop so it's been hard keeping the blog up-to date.  If you don't already, follow me on social media where I do more frequent teasers :)
While I'm here, I have to gush a little bit and say how much I've absolutely LOVED photographing all the new clients in 2017 and this first part of 2018!   I am SO thankful for all the referrals my amazingly loyal clients continue to send my way!

This is Carter!  You know those really sweet souls that just make your ovaries burst?  He's one of them.    Big sister was absolutely amazing with him during my in-home session.  We spent a good portion of the shoot in her room jumping on her bed, tossing her stuffies in the air while mama snuggled her sweet boy in his fresh and adorably decorated nursery.  When I do in home life-style sessions, it's my goal to capture all the newness of adding to the family.   Their house was warm, beautiful and filled with that oh-so-sweet newborn smell.   Mom and dad have so much to be proud of!  Congratulations on your son.  I can't wait to see where the stars lead him!

Meet the expanded Larson family!     Mama and Daddy along with two very lovely big sisters brought in their new little babe, Remy for an updated family shoot.    Little Remy was such a snuggle bug and his toes were the cutest!     His big sisters (who are actually quite petite) stole the show!   Miss. M was missing a few teeth and was VERY proud of her new look - take a look, she's adorable!
